This file includes the full Governing Documents of the Gray Line Corporation. The last changes of the bylaws were approved by a vote of the Licensees of the Corporation during the Annual General Meeting of our conference on November 3, 2024. In addition, the Financial Standards were updated pursuant to a Board of Directors decision on February 7, 2026.

These Amendments are to be considered by all Licensees and will be presented for a vote of the Licensees of the Corporation during the Annual General Meeting of our conference on November 3, 2024.
