Tagline Introduction

The Gray Line tagline plays a very important role in communicating what the brand stands for and helps quickly and consistently express the unique value of the Gray Line network across every destination around the world. Using a recognizable global tagline strengthens brand recognition, reinforces our identity, and helps set Gray Line apart from other sightseeing and experiences companies.

Gray Line Worldwide currently supports two approved global taglines for licensees:

  • “Local Pride, Global Brand”

“Sightseeing Everywhere” reflects Gray Line’s long-standing global presence and broad range of sightseeing experiences around the world. It is short, memorable, and reinforces the scale and recognition of the Gray Line brand.

“Local Pride, Global Brand” highlights the combination of trusted international brand recognition with strong local ownership, expertise, and destination knowledge. It reflects the strength of Gray Line’s global network while celebrating the individuality and pride of each local operation.

Taglines have the potential to build long-term value and become one of the most recognizable parts of a brand’s identity. Consistent use of approved taglines across websites, marketing materials, vehicles, social media, presentations, and communications helps strengthen Gray Line’s global positioning and consumer recognition.

Licensees may choose either approved tagline based on what best aligns with their local market, messaging, and branding approach. However, whichever tagline is selected should be used consistently across branding and marketing materials whenever possible.
